A radiant complexion begins with a consistent and healthy daily skincare routine. Start your day by cleansing yout skin with a gentle, hydrating cleanser to remove impurities. Follow with a toner to balance the skin's pH and prep it for hydration.
Apply a vitamin C serum to protect against environmental damage and promote collagen production. Moisturize with a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.
Don't forget to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to shield against harmful UV rays. In the evening, cleanse again, and incorporate a retinol or night cream to stimulate cell turnover. Ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day for overall skin health.
